Fidelco Realty Group in partnership with the Hanini Group, is actively redeveloping an area of Newark, New Jersey bound by Market Street, Mulberry Street, Edison Place, and approaching Broad Street.

This mixed-use project will consist of multiple components, each contributing to the overall circulation, aesthetics, and vibrancy around The Prudential Center a.k.a. “The Rock”.   The Developer currently owns and controls seven historic buildings on Market Street and Edison Place now called, RockPlaza Lofts.

Fidelco is in the process of developing roughly 35,000 SF of retail with over 80 residential units.  Given the proximity to the Arena and mass transit, a complementary mix of restaurants, retail amenities and public services are needed to populate the street and create the needed transformative development.
